Decline in Combat on Cednci IX

Hostilites on Cednci IX have come to a decline as of 08/31/2016 at 16:20. The conflict has already claimed at least 9 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/31/2016 at 16:21 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Trpp. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cednci IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
