Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 08/26/2016 at 16:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 757 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/26/2016 at 16:53 when battle elements of Ocean engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
