Decline in Combat on Cissse XV

Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 08/23/2016 at 13:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 306 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/23/2016 at 13:53 when battle elements of Ocean engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
