Decline in Combat on Cissse XI

Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 08/21/2016 at 11:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,359 lives and seen the loss of 9 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/21/2016 at 11:53 when battle elements of Ocean engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 9 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
