Decline in Combat on Mendca VIII

Hostilites on Mendca VIII have come to a decline as of 08/16/2016 at 16:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 18 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/16/2016 at 16:54 when battle elements of Primet engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
