Decline in Combat on Quicma IX

Hostilites on Quicma IX have come to a decline as of 08/15/2016 at 01:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 625 lives and seen the loss of 25 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/15/2016 at 01:53 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
