Decline in Combat on Alga X

Hostilites on Alga X have come to a decline as of 08/08/2016 at 14:53. The conflict has already claimed at least 760 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/08/2016 at 14:55 when battle elements of ThunderShirt and Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Alga X are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 9 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
