Decline in Combat on Episer IX

Hostilites on Episer IX have come to a decline as of 08/01/2016 at 07:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/01/2016 at 07:53 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
