Decline in Combat on Cednci IV

Hostilites on Cednci IV have come to a decline as of 07/26/2016 at 06:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 612 lives and seen the loss of 12 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/26/2016 at 06:55 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
