Decline in Combat on Perssi V

Hostilites on Perssi V have come to a decline as of 05/30/2016 at 00:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 124 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/30/2016 at 00:15 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
