Decline in Combat on Perssi IV

Hostilites on Perssi IV have come to a decline as of 05/12/2016 at 09:37. The conflict has already claimed at least 139 lives and seen the loss of 19 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/12/2016 at 09:36 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
