Decline in Combat on Menzza VII

Hostilites on Menzza VII have come to a decline as of 04/28/2016 at 00:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/28/2016 at 00:36 when battle elements of Talarial engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
