Hostilites on Cissse VIII have come to a decline as of 04/18/2016 at 15:39. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2016 at 15:37 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
