Decline in Combat on Cednci VIII

Hostilites on Cednci VIII have come to a decline as of 04/18/2016 at 10:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,648 lives and seen the loss of 253 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2016 at 10:30 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
