Hostilites on Topshu II have come to a decline as of 04/18/2016 at 00:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2016 at 00:42 when battle elements of Rorthic engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
