Decline in Combat on Neolci XI

Hostilites on Neolci XI have come to a decline as of 04/05/2016 at 02:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/05/2016 at 02:31 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
