Decline in Combat on Perssi V

Hostilites on Perssi V have come to a decline as of 04/04/2016 at 16:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,764 lives and seen the loss of 164 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/04/2016 at 16:30 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
