Decline in Combat on Latkho IV

Hostilites on Latkho IV have come to a decline as of 04/03/2016 at 15:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/03/2016 at 15:32 when battle elements of Gwyvern engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Latkho IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
