Decline in Combat on Episer XIII

Hostilites on Episer XIII have come to a decline as of 03/27/2016 at 03:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 51 lives and seen the loss of 45 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/27/2016 at 03:31 when battle elements of Amerlain and Gideon engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 44 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
