Decline in Combat on Mendca XIII

Hostilites on Mendca XIII have come to a decline as of 03/24/2016 at 15:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 261 lives and seen the loss of 108 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/24/2016 at 15:31 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Nosivh. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 66 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
