Decline in Combat on Verdte IV

Hostilites on Verdte IV have come to a decline as of 03/12/2016 at 19:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 4,083 lives and seen the loss of 103 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/12/2016 at 19:52 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verdte IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
