Space Clash Continues in Verdte

Over 171 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues in Verdte. Forces of Mallagan and Pirates have engaged the forces of Lightforger in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 03/12/2016 at 19:53 has seen the loss of 42 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities, however, there may be some delays as combat spills into trade lanes.
