Decline in Combat on Optcap XII

Hostilites on Optcap XII have come to a decline as of 02/28/2016 at 11:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 13 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/28/2016 at 11:46 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
