Decline in Combat on Cissse XIII
Hostilites on Cissse XIII have come to a decline as of 02/20/2016 at 23:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 65 lives and seen the loss of 15 units and facilities.
Battle began 02/20/2016 at 23:46 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
Citizens of Cissse XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 15 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
