Decline in Combat on Ipsi XIII

Hostilites on Ipsi XIII have come to a decline as of 02/18/2016 at 06:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,676 lives and seen the loss of 26 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/18/2016 at 06:46 when battle elements of Tbleader engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 26 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
