Decline in Combat on Topshu IV

Hostilites on Topshu IV have come to a decline as of 02/13/2016 at 21:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 107 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/13/2016 at 21:46 when battle elements of CasrFasr and Darthlore engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
