Decline in Combat on Episer VII

Hostilites on Episer VII have come to a decline as of 02/09/2016 at 22:56. The conflict has already claimed at least 16 lives and seen the loss of 16 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/09/2016 at 22:46 when battle elements of Deveroes and Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 13 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
