Decline in Combat on Zoacra IV

Hostilites on Zoacra IV have come to a decline as of 02/08/2016 at 11:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 11,154 lives and seen the loss of 304 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/08/2016 at 11:46 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
