Decline in Combat on Mendca XIII

Hostilites on Mendca XIII have come to a decline as of 02/02/2016 at 05:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/02/2016 at 05:48 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
