Hostilites on Vitlhe IV have come to a decline as of 02/01/2016 at 04:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/01/2016 at 04:51 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
