Contact with The 9th Circle has been lost!

Numerous communication stations and relays have been unable to make contact with The 9th Circle. Although, this is initial reporting numerous theories have been put forward about the demise of the ill-fated colony. It could have been destroyed, or simply political turmoil broke the colony down. The 9th Circle's fate is unknown at this time, due to the lack of any communication coming out of The 9th Circle the worst has been expected.
