Decline in Combat on Topshu V

Hostilites on Topshu V have come to a decline as of 01/22/2016 at 00:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,644 lives and seen the loss of 77 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/22/2016 at 00:39 when battle elements of Ziggypuff, Maestro and Darthlore engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 27 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
