Decline in Combat on Optcap XII

Hostilites on Optcap XII have come to a decline as of 01/19/2016 at 07:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 12 lives and seen the loss of 12 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/19/2016 at 07:40 when battle elements of Lightforger engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Optcap XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
