Decline in Combat on Quicma XVII

Hostilites on Quicma XVII have come to a decline as of 01/18/2016 at 11:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 14,451 lives and seen the loss of 316 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/18/2016 at 11:39 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Quicma XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
