Decline in Combat on Topshu II

Hostilites on Topshu II have come to a decline as of 12/31/2015 at 06:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 710 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/31/2015 at 06:15 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Darthlore. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
