Decline in Combat on Dominion IX

Hostilites on Dominion IX have come to a decline as of 12/28/2015 at 17:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 964 lives and seen the loss of 43 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/28/2015 at 16:51 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
