Decline in Combat on Quicma XVI

Hostilites on Quicma XVI have come to a decline as of 12/28/2015 at 08:12. The conflict has already claimed at least 618 lives and seen the loss of 18 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/28/2015 at 08:14 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
