Decline in Combat on Neolci XII

Hostilites on Neolci XII have come to a decline as of 12/23/2015 at 08:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/23/2015 at 08:14 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
