Decline in Combat on Dominion XII

Hostilites on Dominion XII have come to a decline as of 12/23/2015 at 08:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 623 lives and seen the loss of 23 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/23/2015 at 08:14 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
