Decline in Combat on Topshu V

Hostilites on Topshu V have come to a decline as of 12/18/2015 at 08:12. The conflict has already claimed at least 104 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/18/2015 at 08:14 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
