Decline in Combat on Topshu V

Hostilites on Topshu V have come to a decline as of 12/16/2015 at 16:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 135 lives and seen the loss of 15 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/16/2015 at 16:14 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
