Decline in Combat on Topshu IV

Hostilites on Topshu IV have come to a decline as of 12/15/2015 at 20:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/15/2015 at 20:14 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
