Decline in Combat on Topshu V

Hostilites on Topshu V have come to a decline as of 12/14/2015 at 14:15. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/14/2015 at 14:16 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
