Decline in Combat on Cogsni III

Hostilites on Cogsni III have come to a decline as of 12/11/2015 at 23:30. The conflict has already claimed at least 131 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/11/2015 at 23:31 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogsni III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
