Decline in Combat on Perssi V

Hostilites on Perssi V have come to a decline as of 12/10/2015 at 12:29. The conflict has already claimed at least 618 lives and seen the loss of 18 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/10/2015 at 12:31 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
