Decline in Combat on Episer IV

Hostilites on Episer IV have come to a decline as of 12/07/2015 at 09:39. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/07/2015 at 09:32 when battle elements of Amerlain and Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 7 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
