Decline in Combat on Perssi XII

Hostilites on Perssi XII have come to a decline as of 12/05/2015 at 22:43. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,783 lives and seen the loss of 268 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/05/2015 at 22:31 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
