Decline in Combat on Volvri IX

Hostilites on Volvri IX have come to a decline as of 12/03/2015 at 00:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/03/2015 at 00:33 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Volvri IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
