Battle elements belonging to Lightforger engaged in combat with the forces of Pirates on 11/28/2015 at 15:35. The conflicts were reported to take place sporadically throughout the Mendca system.

Citizens of the colonies in Mendca are bracing for the possibility of an extended conflict. So far, both sides are reporting minor losses of 31. The death toll is expected to only increase as this conflict develops.
