Decline in Combat on Ipsi XIII

Hostilites on Ipsi XIII have come to a decline as of 11/26/2015 at 20:31. The conflict has already claimed at least 14 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/26/2015 at 20:32 when battle elements of DaemonDeadKing, Leyo and Krensei engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
